You can start enrolling into ABR as soon as your trademark application is filed; you do not have to be fully registered. The timing of enrollment depends on the type of mark.

For wordmarks, enrollment typically takes 1-2 weeks. For logo marks, the USPTO must assign a drawing code first, which typically takes around six months from the filing date.
