When will I have the application registration number to use for Amazon Brand Registry?

The application serial number is assigned by the IP office at the time of filing and typically appears in the public database within a few business days. For wordmarks, this is sufficient to begin Brand Registry enrollment approximately one week after filing.

For logo marks, the USPTO must also assign a drawing code before Amazon will accept the application for Brand Registry enrollment. This drawing code is typically assigned around six months after filing.
