Yes. Filing a trademark application with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) results in a single registration covering all 27 EU member states. An EU trademark provides uniform protection across the entire bloc through one application, one set of fees, and one registration certificate.

EU-based businesses may also be eligible for the EUIPO's SME Fund, which offers partial reimbursement of trademark registration fees for qualifying small and medium-sized enterprises.
