If the application is unchallenged, registering a trademark in the EU takes approximately 4 to 6 months.

The examination phase typically takes around a month, followed by a three-month opposition period. If no opposition is filed, your mark is registered, and you receive a certificate of registration. However, if an office action is issued or an opposition is filed by another party, the timeline for registration extends depending on the complexity of your case.
