No. Switzerland is not an EU member state, so an EU trademark does not provide protection there. A third party using your mark in Switzerland cannot be challenged based on an EU trademark registration alone.

Swiss trademarks are registered with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE/IPI). Switzerland also participates in the Madrid System, so it can be designated in a WIPO international application alongside EU and other country designations.
