Will I receive a number or ID to use for Amazon Brand Registry?

Yes. When your trademark application is filed, the USPTO assigns a serial number that appears in the public database within a few business days. This number is submitted to Amazon Brand Registry to verify your trademark application.

For wordmark applications, the serial number is typically usable for Brand Registry enrollment approximately one week after filing. For figurative (logo) applications, Brand Registry enrollment requires the USPTO to also assign a drawing code, which can take up to six months after filing.
