Once your trademark application is filed, it will receive an application number that you can use to apply for the Amazon Brand Registry . If your trademark is already registered, you can use the registration number instead.
Keep in mind there’s a difference between wordmarks (brand names) and visual marks (logos). For wordmarks, you can usually enroll in Amazon Brand Registry about one week after filing your application. For visual marks, the USPTO must first assign a drawing code to your application, which can take up to 6 months before you’re eligible. This waiting period does not apply if your trademark is already registered.
