What can I submit to Amazon to confirm that we own or have registered the brand?

Amazon Brand Registry accepts either a pending application serial number or a registration number, depending on the status of your trademark.

If your application has been filed but not yet registered, use the serial number (application number) issued by the IP office. If your trademark is already registered, you can use the registration number.

For wordmarks, the serial number is typically available in the IP office's public database within a few business days of filing and can be submitted to Amazon at that point. For logo marks, Amazon requires a drawing code in addition to the serial number; the USPTO typically assigns this within around six months of filing.
