Do I need a Slovak national trademark if I already have an EU trademark?

No, if you already have an EU trademark, you're protected in Slovakia as well. This includes future Slovak national filings.

Realistically, a national Slovak filing is most reasonable if you want protection exclusively in Slovakia, but not in the rest of the EU. For most businesses already holding an EU trademark, no additional Slovak registration is needed.
