If I file a trademark application to access Amazon Brand Registry, do I have to wait until the trademark is registered?

No. A pending application serial number is sufficient to access Amazon Brand Registry. Full registration is not required for enrollment or for accessing Brand Registry benefits.

If the application is eventually refused by the IP office, Brand Registry access may be revoked. Filing a well-prepared application with a strong mark reduces this risk.
