You can use the R symbol (®) after your trademark has been officially registered with the relevant trademark authority. It indicates that your mark is a registered trademark and enjoys the legal benefits and protections that come with registration.

The R symbol should only be used once your trademark has gone through the registration process and has been approved by the appropriate authorities. Using the R symbol without proper registration can be misleading and may not be legally valid.
