Can I register a trademark if my company is not yet incorporated?

Yes. Filing as an individual before the company is incorporated is permitted in all jurisdictions. You apply under your personal name and transfer ownership to the company once it is formally registered.

In the US, intent-to-use applications can be filed before commercial activity begins, and ownership can be transferred to a company after the application passes examination, subject to specific rules around the timing of such transfers.
