How to choose a trademark surveillance solution?

Most trademark owners choose a trademark monitoring service based on the following criteria: the markets/jurisdictions it covers, the channels it monitors, how frequently it does the checks, what enforcement support it provides after detection, and how its similarity thresholds are defined and configured.

Most businesses should start with monitoring in jurisdictions where trademarks are held, and they should also consider enforcement support (takedowns, cease and desist) when selecting the right monitoring provider; knowing about infringement without a clear path to acting on it has limited value.
