How can I prolong the validity of my trademark?

You can prolong the 10-year validity of your trademark by submitting a request for trademark renewal with your IP office. You can apply as soon as 6-12 months before expiry, depending on the jurisdiction.

Trademark renewal is usually a straightforward process since the mark in question is not assessed again, only prolonged. However, that also means you can't make changes to your trademark when renewing it.
