The "Date of First Use Anywhere" is a term used during the trademark registration process to refer to the exact date a given mark was used in any country. The "used" refers specifically to the date the goods were first sold or transported, or the services were provided/rendered. The "anywhere" part refers to any country, including the United States.

There is a significant difference between "The Date of First Use Anywhere" and "The Date of First Use in Commerce ". Both terms are recognised by the USPTO. The second term is used to specifically indicate the date a given mark was used in commerce in connection to given goods and services in the US.

"The Date of First Use Anywhere" and "The Date of First Use in Commerce" might be the same.
