One class of goods and services listed on a US trademark application costs $250.00 for the TEAS Plus application or $350.00 for the TEAS Standard application. The US is a unique jurisdiction because it charges a flat fee per class instead of differentiating between a base price and an extra-class price, which is a more common occurrence.
