How do I use the EUIPO eSearch tool?

The EUIPO's eSearch plus tool is the official database for searching EU trademark and design registrations. It is accessible free of charge through the EUIPO website.

Searches can be conducted by mark text, owner name, application number, Nice Classification class, filing date range, and current status. For figurative marks, the tool also supports image-based searches using the Vienna Classification for figurative elements.

Results display the full details of each registration, including the mark representation, owner, class list, filing and registration dates, and procedural history. The tool can also be used to monitor specific marks or owners by setting up automated alerts.
