Can I add more goods and services to my EU trademark after registration?

No. The scope of a registered EU trademark cannot be expanded after filing. The list of goods and services is fixed at the time of application and cannot be broadened at any later stage, including after registration.

If protection is needed for additional goods or services not covered by the original registration, a new trademark application must be filed.

It is possible to limit or remove goods and services from a registration after filing, but not to add to them.
