I don't have a domicile address in the country where I want to register my trademark. What should I do?

Not having a domicile address in the country of registration should not be an obstacle. In most jurisdictions, all that is required is a legal representative authorized to act before the relevant IP office.

For example, in the US, non-US applicants are required by law to appoint a licensed US attorney. In the EU, non-EU/EEA applicants must appoint an authorized representative based in the EU or EEA. In most other jurisdictions, representation requirements for foreign applicants vary; a local trademark attorney or agent handles correspondence with the IP office on your behalf.
