How does Trama ensure a money-back guarantee?

Trama offers an optional end-to-end guarantee for an additional fee on top of the standard registration cost. This option is available only where Trama's legal team assesses the mark as fully eligible for registration after the initial check.

With the guarantee in place, Trama's legal team takes responsibility for managing any legal complications that arise during the registration process, including office actions and oppositions, at no additional cost. If the trademark is ultimately refused despite full compliance with the process, Trama refunds the registration cost.
