If you own a barber shop, you can consider registering your brand name/logo in multiple classes.

Class 44 covers barbershop services. This is the main class you will need to protect your business. If you offer goods in addition to services, there are some other classes you can choose from. For example:

  • Class 3 - haircare products such as shampoos, dry shampoos, conditioners, hair gel, hair spray, etc.
  • Class 8 - hairdressing scissors
