How many classes of goods and services should I register for if I'm running a SaaS business?

At minimum, Class 42 covers the core SaaS offering. Whether additional classes are needed depends on the specific services the platform provides.

A generic business management SaaS might only need Class 42 and Class 35. A healthcare SaaS might add Class 44. A fintech SaaS might add Class 36. An education SaaS might add Class 41. The appropriate selection reflects what the platform does for its customers, not just that it is delivered as a service over the internet.
