If someone copies your brand on online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or Alibaba), there are IP reporting systems for registered trademark holders on most of these platforms. Moreover, on Amazon, enrolling in Brand Registry gives the most comprehensive tools. On other platforms, a standard IP complaint form is typically available.

The first step is to report the infringement through the platform's mechanism, providing your trademark registration number and details of the infringing listing. If the platform removes the listing but it reappears, or if the infringement is systematic, a cease and desist letter to the seller is the next step.
