Can I renew my trademark by myself?

Yes, if you were eligible to file your trademark application independently, then you can renew a registration, too. Citizens and residents filing in their home jurisdiction can generally renew without legal representation. Foreign trademark holders in many jurisdictions are required to use a local representative for renewal, as they are for filing.

The rules mirror those for initial registration: where self-filing is permitted, self-renewal is typically also permitted. Where representation was mandatory for filing, it is mandatory for renewal.
