The government fee for a trademark application containing one class in the US depends on the type of application you choose - either a TEAS Plus for $250 or TEAS Standard for $350.

In TEAS Plus, you can only choose goods and services items from the pre-approved list found in the Goods and Services ID Manual. In TEAS Standard, you can draft your own description of the goods and services, which is usually a better choice if your items aren't listed in the manual.

Please note that additional fees will apply if you file your US trademark through a legal representative.
