When is the Declaration of Use for a trademark submitted?

If you own a US trademark, as a part of its maintenance, you are required to submit the Declaration of Use between the fifth and sixth year after the registration date, between the ninth and tenth year after the registration date, and every ten years after that.

Each of these deadlines has a six-month grace period.
