What is the fee for an intent-to-use application in the U.S.?

If your brand is not yet commercially active in the US market, you must file on an intent-to-use basis. The filing fee is the same as for a use-in-commerce application.

An ITU application also requires a Statement of Use to be filed once the mark enters commercial use in the US. The fee for filing the Statement of Use is $160 for one class, with an additional $200 per class for each additional class.

Please note these are the fees applicable to one application through Trama. Non-US applicants are required by law to use a licensed US attorney.
