I'm about to rebrand and I'd like figurative trademarks to cover both my old logo (which is well established) and my new logo which I will move forward with in the coming years. Is there any way to handle this in one application?

Your question implies there have been significant changes made to your logo. While certain jurisdictions do indeed allow submitting multiple logos in one application, this option is reserved for marks that differ only in non-substantial elements, e.g. a colourful and a black-and-white version of the same logo.

Therefore, you most likely have to file two separate applications. However, bear in mind that if you don't intend to use your old logo any more, you can run into problems where your application can be denied or challenged due to non-use.
