When can I expect to receive the initiation code from Trama to coordinate my trademark registration with Amazon?

Two pieces of information are needed to enroll in Amazon Brand Registry: the trademark application number and a drawing code.

The application number is assigned as soon as the application is filed and is typically available in the USPTO's public database within a few business days. For wordmarks, this is sufficient to begin Brand Registry enrollment approximately one week after filing.

For logo trademarks, the USPTO must also assign a drawing code. This typically takes five to six months after filing. Brand Registry enrollment for logo marks is only possible once the drawing code has been assigned.
