We want to sell clothing. Which trademark class should we choose?

For clothing brands, the primary trademark class is Class 25, which covers garments and apparel.

However, depending on your business activities, you may also want to consider additional classes:

  • Class 35 – If you operate through an online retail store
  • Class 14 – If you're also selling jewelry or products made of precious metals
  • Class 18 – If you're offering leather goods like belts, bags, or wallets
