Since my trademark falls under Class 30 - foods of plant origin, does it also cover salads and vegetarian smoothies?

If you register under Class 30, your trademark won't cover salads and smoothies.

Class 30 includes convenience food and savoury snacks, salts seasonings and condiments, baked goods, confectionery, chocolate and desserts, sugars, natural sweeteners, sweet coatings, fillings, bee products, ice creams, frozen yoghurts, sorbets, cooling ice, coffee, tea, cocoa and substitutes thereof, processed grains, starches, baking preparations, and yeasts.

Different types of salads are included under Class 29 (processed vegetables/prepared meals), for example, vegetable salads, fruit salads, potato salads, etc.

Smoothies are covered by class 32 (non-alcoholic beverages). You can choose between fruit smoothies, vegetable smoothies, or smoothies containing grains and oats.
