Most social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube) have IP complaint processes for registered trademark holders. You can submit a complaint that identifies your trademark registration and the content of the infringing party.

Platforms typically respond to valid trademark complaints pretty quickly. If the infringing account reappears or the infringer moves to a different platform, a cease and desist letter may be a more durable resolution.
