Trademark surveillance keeps you informed of potential conflicts and infringements in trademark registers, business registers, domain names, social media platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces. Knowing about infringement ahead of time means you can act on it before it becomes established.

For new trademark filings, early detection is especially critical because the opposition window (typically two to three months after publication) is fixed. Once publication concludes, the window to challenge that specific registration is gone.
