How do I monitor online marketplaces for trademark infringement?

Most major online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Etsy) have intellectual property reporting systems that allow registered trademark holders to report infringing listings. Amazon Brand Registry is the most comprehensive, giving registered trademark holders direct tools to identify and remove infringing product listings.

For broader marketplace monitoring, third-party brand protection tools can scan multiple platforms simultaneously and alert you to new suspicious listings. When a potential infringement is identified, most platforms allow you to report it directly through a dedicated IP complaint form.
