How can I change the representative of my EU trademark?

You can change the representative on your EU trademark by filing a request with the EUIPO. This request can be submitted by your current representative, by you directly, or by your new representative.

The request must identify the trademark registration or application number and provide the details of the new representative. No government fee applies for a straightforward change of representative.
