The cost of renewing a trademark varies by jurisdiction. Here are a few examples:

  • The official government fee in the US is $525 (1 class) for trademark renewal. You can file a renewal application no earlier than 12 months before expiration.
  • The official fee in the EU is €850 (1 class) for the renewal of a trademark. The earliest you can apply for renewal is 6 months before expiry.
  • The official fee in the UK is £200 (1 class) for the renewal of a trademark. The earliest you can apply for renewal is once again 6 months before the trademark expires.

In addition to these official fees, your agent might charge additional service fees.
