Do I receive a new certificate when my trademark is renewed?

Some IP offices do issue new certificates after a renewal, but not all of them. It depends on the jurisdiction.

To get a better picture - In the US, the USPTO issues a new certificate at renewal, including any updated information such as a reduced goods and services list if classes were dropped. In the EU and UK, the EUIPO and UKIPO update the register without automatically issuing a new certificate, though a copy of the renewed registration can be requested.
