The most effective tool for Amazon trademark monitoring is Amazon Brand Registry, which is available to any seller with a registered trademark in an eligible jurisdiction. Brand Registry gives access to proactive brand protection tools including automated scanning for suspected violations and a streamlined process for reporting and removing infringing listings.

For monitoring outside of Brand Registry, Amazon's standard IP complaint form allows trademark holders to report listings that infringe on their registered mark. Third-party brand protection services also monitor Amazon listings and can alert you to new potential violations.
