You can use the trademark symbol (™) next to your mark at any time, even if you haven't registered it. It indicates that you are claiming rights to the mark and using it as a trademark. This symbol is commonly used to provide notice to others that you consider the mark to be your trademark, but it does not indicate that the mark is registered.

On the other hand, the R symbol (®) should only be used after your mark has been officially registered with the relevant trademark authority. It signifies that your mark is a registered trademark and enjoys the benefits and protections provided by registration.
