Yes. A trademark application can name two or more individuals or entities as joint owners. All co-owners are listed on the registration and share equal rights in the mark unless a separate co-ownership agreement specifies otherwise.

Joint ownership is permitted in all major jurisdictions including the USPTO, EUIPO, and UKIPO. Before filing jointly, a co-ownership agreement setting out each party's rights, responsibilities, and the terms for enforcement or transfer is strongly advisable. These matters are not governed by IP law by default and need to be agreed contractually.
