Yes, it’s generally possible to list two individuals as co-owners of a trademark, although the rules may vary slightly depending on the jurisdiction.

In most major trademark offices—such as the USPTO (United States), EUIPO (European Union), and UKIPO (United Kingdom)—you can register a trademark in the names of multiple individuals. Co-owners will share the rights, responsibilities, and benefits of the trademark equally, unless a separate legal agreement specifies otherwise.

It’s strongly recommended to have a co-ownership or partnership agreement in place to help prevent disputes, particularly around licensing, enforcement, or selling the brand.
