For an EU-based applicant filing an intent-to-use application in the US, the cost in one class consists of:

  • Service fee: $240
  • Government fee: $350

Each additional class costs $420. Since the mark has not been used in US commerce, the application is filed on an intent-to-use basis, which requires a Statement of Use to be filed once commercial use begins. The Statement of Use fee is additional and payable at that later stage.

Non-US applicants are required by US law to use a licensed US attorney, whose fees are included in the service fee above when filing through Trama.
