The basic fee for trademark registration in China is ¥300 (approximately $47) per class, which covers up to 10 items of goods or services within that class. Each item beyond 10 in the same class incurs an additional charge of ¥30 (approximately $4) per item.
Please note these are government fees paid directly to the CNIPA. If you file through a representative, additional fees for their services will apply.
