What trademark classes are used in Australia?

The Australian Trade Marks Office (IP Australia) follows the Nice Classification, just like many other countries. The Office provides a list of pre-approved goods and services terms from which the applicant can choose. If the applicant cannot find pre-approved terms accurately describing their goods or services, they have the flexibility to enter custom descriptions.
