Full trademark registration within one month is not possible. However, Amazon Brand Registry does not require a fully registered trademark; a pending application serial number is sufficient.

If your application is filed promptly and there are no issues with the mark's eligibility, a serial number can be issued within a few business days. Enrolling in Brand Registry with a pending serial number is possible within a one-month window, provided the application is submitted immediately.

One risk to be aware of: if the trademark application is ultimately refused, Amazon may revoke Brand Registry access. Conducting a basic eligibility check before filing reduces the risk of refusal and the loss of access.
