Founder & Trademark Attorney

Yes. Non-US citizens can register trademarks in the US. Foreign-domiciled applicants are required by law to appoint a licensed US attorney to represent them before the USPTO. The attorney handles the filing on your behalf.

A US trademark would protect your brand in the US market and allow you to enroll in Amazon Brand Registry for Amazon.com. The serial number issued at the time of filing is sufficient for Brand Registry enrollment; you do not need to wait for full registration.

Trama can help you register a US trademark; free initial check available.
