Yes, if your application has not yet been filed, it’s possible to change the class. Our legal team will perform an additional free lawyer’s check in the new class to ensure it’s a good fit. If everything checks out, your application draft will be updated accordingly.
However, if your trademark application has already been filed, changes to the class or the addition of new classes are no longer possible. In that case, you would need to file a new, separate application for the desired class.
