If EUIPO refuses my application, will the fee be refunded?

No. EUIPO filing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application. This applies whether the application is refused in full or only partially.

The only narrow exception applies to class fees for classes that were not accepted due to a formal irregularity identified before the application was processed; in that specific circumstance, the fee for the unaccepted class may be refunded.
