Can I withdraw my EU trademark application?

Yes. An EU trademark application can be withdrawn at any time before registration. A withdrawal request must be submitted in writing to the EUIPO, either through the online portal or by written communication.

Filing fees are not refunded upon withdrawal. If opposition proceedings have already been initiated, withdrawal of the application effectively ends those proceedings.
