Does letter case matter when registering a trademark?

No. Letter case does not affect trademark registration in either direction: it neither improves nor reduces the chances of success, and it does not restrict how the registered mark can be used.

As a practical note, file the application with the name written as you actually use it commercially. This creates the most accurate record of the mark and avoids any ambiguity about what is being protected.
