No. Classes refer to the categories of goods and services covered by the trademark, not to the number of marks filed. There are 45 classes under the Nice Classification system, each representing a type of commercial activity.

If you want to register multiple versions of a brand; for example, a wordmark for the name, a figurative mark for the logo, and a wordmark for a slogan; those are three separate trademark applications, each of which can be filed in the same class or classes. The classes define the scope of protection for each mark, not the number of marks you are filing.
