Yes, in most jurisdictions, trademark owners have a grace period of six months after the expiry date that allows them to renew a trademark that has already expired. Additional fees typically apply with this service.

If possible, focus on renewing the trademark within the standard window. This avoids additional charges, avoids future procedural restrictions, and ensures there’s no gap in your trademark’s protection during the process.

After the grace period closes, renewal is no longer possible, and a new application must be filed.
